Lots of complexity in this due to the nature of the property but ODT were extremely proactive, professional and polite to deal with. so this is Solicitors. 1. Dont reply to emails which even have a simple question on them. Such as are you allowed to just send me a bill without making any contact before? Because apparently I was in breach of lease but was completely unaware. 2 cant even print correctly on a piece of paper. Font was crooked was even running into the border. 3 said they were doing a payment plan over the phone and then denied anything about it 4 Okay so they looked at a lease two areas where I was going wrong. Really only one of them was probably justifiable. For this they charge 705.60 Companies like this are a disgrace and they should be shut down its not fair to exploit people. For the amount of work they did the bill shouldve been no more than 250.

Joanna Burke did a great job on my flat's lease extension - many thanks for all your careful handling of the work over its entire course. This included a tricky final part with expediting its registration with the Land Registry in time to apply for a re-mortgage and Joanna managed the whole process calmly and helpfully while keeping me updated on the process. I would definitely be very happy to use your services again if I need to.

We used Erica Stocks to carry out some work on 2 new leases and registering them. We were pushed for time due to a mortgage expiring imminently. Erica managed to get these prepared, issued and registered before our offer ran out. Her and Holly were extremely helpful and I could not recommend their services enough. They offer professional reliable advice and were easy to deal with and make contact with as needed.
