Oliver's Brighton

Placed an order online on the first of December still no word on the 25th Emailed 3 times just to see how the order was getting on havent had a response to any very disappointing

Visited here last week after a long time of waiting. At first I was dubious of the booking a slot to visit but actually, I must prefer it. It was nice to have a shop to ourselves with no crowding, children (sorry to those with kids!) and just take a good look around. Oliver was lovely and very attentive. Has brilliant customer service skills and makes you feel comfortable in the store. I purchased quite a few items and am looking forward to the wizards gold! The store is brilliantly laid out and if I could've purchased it all I totally would have! 100% will return if I go back to Brighton.

Not just a shop, a magical experience! Oliver was welcoming and friendly and happy to crack open the butterbeers when we arrived. We were left alone to browse but knew that any questions we had would be answered. A perfect finale to our trip to Brighton! 10/10

I had a great time . You Oliver the owner is great friendly and is a good person. To have a geeky chat about Harry potter. As you are having your private experience. Prices are good not too expensive for noble collection items . Thank you Oliver for a great experience.

An amazing shopping experience. Oliver has great knowledge and is super passionate. The whole thing felt truly magical. Great range of products available, the wand display being a personal favourite. 30 mins flew by! A real highlight from our holiday.
