        This morning I discovered that my printer wasn't working! On inspection the reason was that it was offline! Having tried unsucessfully to remedy the situation I browsed the web to find an IT technician who may be able to solve the problem remotely and was very fortunate to find PC Help Man - Stephen is a little gem. His response to my enquiry was immediate and he solved my problem remotely - he was patient and clear in all that I needed to do to help the process, he was extremely thorough and cleaned up my computer in some cases saving me money by deleting unnecessary programmes. I thoroughly recommend Stephen to anyone who requires IT help - you will not find better! I know where to go if in trouble again :-)
