A robust plan which has turned things around for me! I have no hesitation in recommending Sundial! A friend recommended them when I explained that I still had limited movement and pain in my back, arms and shoulders several months after an accident. I was assessed by Matthew and given a robust plan which included chiro with him and physio with Tech, and was told that within 6 months I would regain at least 80%. Within a week I started to regain movement and now I'm a couple of months in and am on the way to full recovery.
