Had a wheel replaced by ABE. Had to return the bike because brake alignment was faulty. Still not right. Probably a one off but I won't be going back.

I received world class customer service from the gentlemen at All Bikes Electric. I used the cycle to work scheme to get a commuter bike and had no real idea where to start. Electric bikes peaked my interest because I figured theyd allow me to get to work wearing business attire without much exertion. As soon as I walked in, Graham (owner) talked me through some options before I went away to do some thinking. Upon my return, Uri took me on some test rides so I could try out some models before I made a decision. They made the buying process painless and advised me on a suitable lock and helmet, even allowing me to adjust post-order so I could choose the colours I wanted. They processed my order through the cycle to work scheme quickly and assembled my bike as soon as theyd received it to get me on the road. However, it didnt stop there, Graham and the team offer a free service one month and one year after purchase. Having had my bike serviced after the first month, Graham invited me to a meet with the manufacturer who tuned my bike further. Put simply, I had a great experience from start to finish with All Bikes Electric and Id recommend them to anybody. They went above and beyond for me and Im glad I came across them.

I cycled from London and crashed my bike today. Went it to the shop and 3 members of the shop gathered around my bike to work out what the problem was with a helpful attitude and spotted what was wrong with it. Although ultimately I didnt get my bike fixed there as I was going back home and it was going to be a lengthy job, I can see that they are a professional and helpful bunch who like bikes and people.

Highly recommend the team at All Bikes Electric. We bought 2 MiRider Foldable E-bikes from them in July and their knowledge and after sales support has been first rate. Really glad we bought from a proper store and not online, particularly since their servicing engineers are very experienced and give great advice to non-mechanically minded people like us!
