        I have been joining Caras classes since about April 2020. Cara can best be described as a phenomenon.She is extremely professional, always explaining the whys and wherefores of moves, provides a great variety of classes from yoga, pilates, dance, to more strenuous sessions and always gives us options depending on ability. She has the music down to a tee - and everything is very clear, well run and a complete joy. Cara is always upbeat and enthusiastic a great teacher - dare I say inspirational! Thanks Cara.

        I've been attending Cara's sessions since January and have thoroughly enjoyed every one of them. Cara is not only a good fitness instructor but she is extremely knowledgeable and great fun. If you are looking for a local class to join then please give Cara a try - you won't be disappointed and the first class is usually free. She also offers some great deals for people who attend regularly.
