        Just off the phone to Brian, who was a tad sarcastic when asked as to the delay of my order, (a delay that is longer that the 1st order I made, which was for a sprayer that needed a certain disinfection to ensure the warranty would be honored, which wasn't advised at the time). To be fair, Ryan, (not Brian) called me after this review and apologised. That means a lot and I'd like to thanks them for the follow up.
