Been to a lot of martial arts gyms but this is by far the best. Babar (the coach) is very personable, spends a lot of time teaching you, answers all of your questions and supports you on your journey. On top of that, the gym is full of nice lads who support and encourage you. Everyones competitive and looking to push you to make you better but also compassionate with that family vibe. Id recommend everyone to try the beginners classes and give it a go. I tried it over a year ago and havent looked back. Also, I tried it with preconceived idea that I wouldnt like it as i was more into Muay Thai. Ive now left Muay Thai and do this multiple times a weeksnm.

Brilliant place to train. From the moment I stepped into this gym, I was welcomed with open arms by Coach Babar who has helped me every step of the way. Not only on the mats but off the mats too, an incredible set of people to train with and I cannot recommend it enough

What a place, first day today welcomed with a warm smile . Impressed with Barber as a coach, where he broke down the mechanisms , step by step. A fantastic experience, looking forward for the next session .
