My apartment blocks' WIFI is provided by net 365, and for the four years that I've lived here it never gave me a minutes hassle. Since the lockdown however, the WiFi has slowed down to less than half a megabyte per second. In fact, my phone is telling me that the maximum speed Ive had in the past two weeks was a pitiful 0.36mbps for uploads and 0.27mbps for downloads. It's so bad that it's showing the speeds in KBpm FFS! Bloody kilabytes.man! That's appalling.

An absolute joke. Dont waste your time or money. They lie through their teeth, "Blaze" who always answers the phone is 100% the fat guy in the office, yet they lie saying their phone operators are in Plymouth or something. Wifi drops conveniently everytime their store closes. Their liasion is ridiculous. Again, they lie telling you they told this person and that person, when in reality they have done nothing to rectify the situation. Sent out engineers to go on top of my house without permission, then said engineers made the wifi go down completely. Just an absolute hassle. Have nothing nice to say about the company or staff. Please boycott to shut them down.
