If I could give this company a minus I would, they rejected my claim for water damage for my bathroom due to a cracked shower tray as they said the mastic gave way, even though an independent plumber said the mastic was perfect and it was not wet in that area. They actually guessed it was that as there was no proof, now I have an expensive 6k plus bill for something insurance should cover, you cannot turn down a claim due to a surveyor speculating but they have, ombudsman and my solicitor will be in touch. If you choose this company you are making a horrendous judgement as I did. The sooner this blight on the industry goes out of business the better . Do not touch with a bargepole

They definetley dont deserve one star. I put in a claim in October due to a crack in the bottom of my bath! Still not sorted and having 3 young children in the house and having to rely on family/friends for showers and baths for 4 months (and still Counting) is not ideal. Ive been through the financial ombudsman but this still hasnt made them move any quicker. No one responds to emails/phone calls and I am constantly chasing for updates. Ridiculous

Please bbc watchdog , please investigate the insurance company just look at the reviews they have , its totally u fair that people with claims are get refused they should not be allowed to operate ,

Absolutely 3rd class service who use a third class provider called Evander. Made a theft claim keys stolen from property, young family still no locksmiths weeks later. Keep away from these thieves.

The worst home insurance company to use. Avoid at all costs! Pay a higher premium for a better company. This company have no integrity!
