        The first time I went to this shop the customer service was brilliant and the staff were super friendly, however after that time every time Ive been I have felt like all the staff have an attitude and can come across very condescending, first I thought I caught them on a bad day, and being a massive supporter of small businesses I went back (3 times after that) the service has been poor - would not recommend/rather go to a supermarket and pick up a bunch !

        I was so pleased with the customer service, the staff were very friendly and gave me two wonderful bouqeuts for my friends' graduation, they both loved them. Thank you so much again, would absolutely recommend Blooms to everyone, they will definitely cater to your needs!
