I paid for my tyres online and booked an appointment to have them fitted and my wheels aligned. When I arrived I checked in and left my car with them, they said it would be an hour and a half. 20 minutes later I got a phone call to say my tyres hadn't arrived, they said they would give me some from "their stock" but 2 were of one speed rating and 2 were of another. I accepted this, and returned after an hour and 40 minutes but still had to wait another 20 minutes, the till wouldn't then work and had to wait for that to be sorted. Finally when I got home I realised that they had stolen my metal dust caps that had come with my car. So overall I wasn't particularly happy with the service I received today. Having said that I have been in in past years.

Had a puncture and they repaired it the same day, a young lady called Kiera who did the repair was very polite and professional. She is a huge asset to the company, i will definitely use National Tyres again. Thankyou Kiera :)
