We loved this place loads to do for the kids very spacious upstairs eating area easy to get to and excellent customer service I highly recommend this place

This place is big but was very crowded. This needs to be better managed. We regularly visit many other soft play in the country, most of those places are smaller, but well managed.

The place is very big, and it had potential. But too much crowded, and not very clean as well. Stairs are dangerous. Would be better if they could regulate number of children inside, because with every child, there is atleast one parent or two or other relatives as well. What was more concerning was, there were teen boys and girls as well. And boys were very fast climbing stairs, and slides and other all sort of activities inside. Imagine a 15 years old slides down and fall upon a toddler! If the pkace is for toddler and upto 10 years old, teens should be going there! But the authority didn't seem to care at all as they were making good money. On the other hand, we are having sore throat and symptoms of flue right after coming from there yesterday afternoon.
