        Pleasantly surprised with the great service I received I came in to enquire about my glasses repair that Specsavers were unable to help with (even though it was their glasses) so I was kind of expecting the same response from other shops However as soon as I entered Piccadilly Opticians I was greeted warmly and the team there listened to my needs and provided me with exactly what i needed My glasses were repaired perfectly I cant even tell what side broke originally! Highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for glasses!

        Well, This is the first time I was relying for a service in UK, because I got my last specs from Singapore... And the truth is I fell in love with Caroline Abrams as soon as I saw the trendiest and sexist glasses available. Also, the explainations, help, everything was top notch... I loved the transparency and the honesty of the 2 great personalities who helped me choose the best from their shop. Thank you both for your time and effort

        After trying all the usual big name opticians Birmingham city centre had to offer it was Piccadilly Opticians who had the time and courtesy to listen to my specific requirements and deliver the solution. Cannot recommend highly enough very professional service from the minute you walk through the door.
