        A great honest, fair, transparent and cheap bridging lender. I deal with Andrew Franklin who is very experienced and knowledgeable with all aspects of bridging loans, there intricacies and anomalies. He will give you a straight answer if he can consider a deal and will process the case all the way to completion. Chasing solicitors both lender and clients if required to get the loan over the line quickly. Greenfield and Andrew are only one of the few lenders I have total confidence and trust in with getting the loan completed on time.
