I had an accident with my phone. Guy in shop retrieved all data from my broken phone and sorted out my new phone for me. Really helpful and genuine people thanks again.

I brought my Samsung S10 plus into the shop after being told by another shop in Acocks Green that is was unfixable, A really friendly guy from AG mobiles assured me it can be fixed and even offered me a loan phone until mine is fixed, I was doubtful it would be fixed after been told it was unfixable by the previous shop (non affiliated) but by 10am the very next day I received a call on the loan phone to say mine is fixed and ready for collection, I was over the moon as you can imagine and I cannot thank AG mobiles enough for the fantastic service I received, 10/5 rated exceptional service he really went above and beyond I'm honestly shocked with how smooth everything went and I'm 100% a happy customer and I'll never take my phone anywhere else in the future it was that good.

Great service! Messaged to ask for two phone batteries to be replaced. Was told to bring them in. Within the time I did some shopping the phones were ready for collection The staff member was friendly and replied promptly to messages.
