Tim and the team are highly professional and friendly and have gone out of their way to sell my home quickly, smoothly and at a great price. What a great service provided by this estate agent, all to the expertise of Tim Robinson; we were really impressed with his manner, local knowledge & interest. His advice was spot on, advising our sale via online auction involving minimal costs, and the prospect of realistic market price. The results being from the day of our first meeting with Tim, to sale being completed; - 15 weeks and to top it all off the final price exceeded even my expectations, and I was accused of being an optimist.
