Ive had several treatments over the past few months with the lovely Fee and I have had a brilliant 5 star experience each time. I always leave feeling so relaxed and renewed! Fee has a way of making you feel so at ease - even when doing the intimate parts for laser hair removal. Shes very professional and I always look forward to seeing her. At the start of the pandemic saw the permanent closure of the doors to the GP lead service I was accessing. I spent months researching and decided a GP lead service would be best and the fact Id heard having my tattoos removed would be painful it was a bonus that being a GP and medical professional meant he could administer Aesthetic to the area to reduce the pain. Since that service closed I had to research again and came across no regrets. Having spent time chatting back and forth with Fee and looking into their current and past clients comments - I felt both confident and comfortable I had found both a company and individual that took both my well being as well as their professional standards in to equal balance. Not going to lie the first session I was very anxious about going for the first time with no Aesthetic to numb the areas but this very quickly passed as could barely feel a thing. Fee was very reassuring and took her time working with me at my pace- it was very much customer lead and at no point felt I was being rushed along the conveyor belt to get to the next client. Now Im over half way through and can only say how impressed I am with both the company and with Fees professionalism and her own determination is equal to mine to rid me of these tattoos! I can say honestly Fee has taken on the challenge of helping me to reach my aim of being able to wear short sleeve tops as a personal challenge and the support and dedication she has shown is far greater than I wld have expected from a company proving nothing more than Fee and No Regrets are more than business focused and definitely customer and person focused. I would recommend Fee in a heartbeat to anyone looking to have any tattoo removal or reduction. First of all, ignore the stigma - hair is just hair. But when you can see it, you think everyone can see it. Fee and Jen are born to do what they do. The friendliest, kindest, most professional, trustworthy and honest people you'll meet. They don't treat you to take your money. Their advice is well researched and if they don't know, they'll find out for you. Nothing is too much bother for them. They put you at ease, make you feel comfortable and look after you as a person, not a faceless client. You will not be disappointed.
