        Absolutely shocking services waited for 3.5 hours on the phone just for the advisor to pick up the call and tell me something i already knew, the whole conversation lasted 2 minutes, and the advisor was rude and didn't understand, it is way beyond me why they CANT EMPLOY PEOPLE who can speak dual languages to save us the hassle, overall extremely unpleasant service provided by the PAKISTAN CONSULATE OF BIRMINGHAM!!!!!

        Got a parking ticket of 100. It was no board or anything mentioned that it is charged !

        Very Bad experience. Renewal of passport. Even attending on appointment specified time, had to wait in 2 Queues. Not cooperative at all, makes you run around in circles, they give incomplete information and waste your time making you come back and forth, .....bring this photocopy, bring that printout
