I called Bad Apples on a recommendation for a colleague, my iMac was running soo slow it was painful to use, after a day with Anthony it is as good as new after fitting a new SSD hard drive, its now a pleasure to use, really highly recommend Bad Apples

Such an amazing service. I cannot recommend it highly enough! Anthony is so professional and goes out of his way to ensure the highest standard repairs at a very reasonable price. I would never take my beloved MacBook Pro to Apple (or anywhere else for that matter) again! From start to finish, Anthony kept in constant communication with me about my laptop and repair and explained the problem clearly so that I understood. He is just a top guy and so professional. SO happy to have stumbled across this little gem in Birmingham. Thanks Anthony - I will be recommending you to all of my Mac-owning friends and family!

Really good communications, fixed the problem quickly and I got a bit of an upgrade/service along the way, pretty good value for money - I'd definitley recommend you rely on this guys expertise
