I couldnt have asked for a better mortgage advisor than Michael Binks. He has excellent communication and listening skills, a great attitude to customer service, was able to explain quite complex information clearly and simply and most importantly was totally honest and trustworthy. And to add to this he had a great sense of humour; I couldnt recommend him highly enough.

Mike was absolutely brilliant throughout the entirety of our housing buying process. He was always on hand to offer advice and guidance whenever needed and happy to organise calls/meetings at short notice. We felt Mike offered a personal, and still professional, touch to what can be a stressful process. Alongside the mortgage offer Mike has also helped us get home and life/critical illness cover. Mike organised this in the same manner and we felt we got the best deal that worked for us and did so quickly and with no fuss. Id recommend Mike to anyone and would certainly use his services again in the future.
