Very attentive, responded quickly to any queries and were always available when required. Excellent communication, able and willing to break down anything convoluted aswell as help me understand any nuances i didnt get. I appreciated that they were available by phonecall, email and whatsapp. I was particularly grateful for this as a night shift worker, meaning I was difficult to reach during standard business hours. Overall they did a fantastic job and made the entire process seemless. Would recommend!

Tenant angels are super responsive with their communication and very understanding. Their advice, information, guidance, and support was hugely appreciated when our private landlord wouldnt give us back our deposit and it turned out they had never protected it. By working with Tenant Angels my partner and I have learned a lot and feel more knowledgable and prepared for the future. I feel empowered now knowing my rights but even better knowing Tenant Angels are there to support. Can never have enough backup! I would highly recommend using Tenant Angels to anyone struggling with their landlord in future.
