This veterinary practice is all about money not care. I was with their pet care plan. I paid by standing order monthly. I left the plan when I left the practice due to their extortionate fees. They have appointed a debt collector who is hounding me with threatening letters and phone calls for what they say are vetinary fees but is actually a 90 cancellation fee.. it's disgraceful
