Having extreme anxiety from this company. Since covid they gave us their drawings and we constructed the lift shaft accordingly. We used C45/50 CONCRETE with steel bars and extremely difficult to break. They have made us break this very difficult concrete. We had to hire expensive equipment and skilled labour and they have not accepted it was their wrong measurements supplied. Their subcontractor Adam and his gang have now come with more excuses saying lift parts have gone missing. We will get charged for all missing parts. They delivered the parts 2 years in advance and said they are trusty. We had to then get our structural engineers to verify that there there was nothing wrong with the railings. Now they are so busy with other projects they further want to delay our project as our project is small. Advice for people to do your own research and DON'T TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR PARTS ARRIVING FROM STANNAH LIFTS. HOW CAN A LAYMAN HAVE ANY KNOWLEDGE OF LIFT PARTS. Make sure you don't take responsibility for wrong drawings supplied. Don't choose your contractor to fit the lifting eyes/beams or their inspector will fail it and you will have to appoint their contractors to come and fit the eyes. I will never use STANNAH in any of my other projects. We had car lifts worth 150k sterling with KLAUS PARKING SYSTEMS and we didn't have 1 problem. No damages no blame game no drama from KLOUS PARKING SYSTEMS. D.Y.O.R.

We believe in taking care of our people, ensuring each one feels valued and recognised for the part they play in making this business a success. There’s plenty of opportunities to develop skill sets and progress into new challenges within the company. Perhaps it’s one of the many reasons why we have so many long-service staff. All our employees are individuals, so we recognise that training and development mean different things to different people. For some, it means being great at their job – whether they’re a repair engineer, office assistant, IT consultant or a stairlift installer. For others, it’s about progressing from a fitter’s mate to installer or assistant to manager. Either way, we have great training and development opportunities. If you'd like to discuss your experience of working at Stannah please feel free to email [email protected] to discuss further.
